Illigitimacy rate in poor neighborhoods went from 20% to 80%

Many of the factors you describe are more legitimately the result of the civil rights movement and not the Great Society. The end of Jim Crow laws allowed many blacks to move into less poor neighborhoods leaving the poor neighborhoods ever poorer. Still, the nation as a whole is much better off to have those artificial barriers to residency, employment, and gathering removed.
