<<JDSU>>

Even at sub $2, look at their valuation....considering they recently posted the largest loss ever......are they not still richly valued......I think companies like JDSU and maybe SUNW are going to have to do some kind of reverse split to get rid of all those outstanding shares caused by the split mania of the last bull market.......JDSU has a good looking balance sheet...lots of cash....but are they making money? When will they...and even if they do....whats is fair value for the stock...even at under $2, valuation scares me.....heck, there are companies worth less then 25 million that are profitable, have small floats and are breaking revenue/profit records on a month to month basis....is a profitable company, with a small float, growing business and 25 million valuation, not more appealing then a money losing company worth how many billions.....??

I don't think anyone will want JDSU, I think the larger firms will just slowly push them aside.

JMHO,
