Film director Ken Loach was among the demonstrators. He said: "We can't get involved in this war we can't consider murdering another 100,000 Iraqis simply to pursue America's interest in oil and their dominance in the region." We know; it is the liberal mantra. BUT WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE? This nitwit liberal is suggesting that the United States wants Iraqi oil, but we seem to be doing okay without it (agreed, we import a deminimus amount from Iraq, albeit not directly, but not a substantial amount) for the last 11 years. Further, what evidence is there that the United States wants to "dominate" the region? This is typical liberal bull. No facts to support the argument, so just say anything. I really agree with Dick Armey about it -- liberals ARE of lesser intellect than conservatives.
