Ray, the California energy market was never made free. You have no point there, therefore. To believe certain people must be excluded, while others are welcomed to write regulations, is to believe someone can decide who is honest enough to wield control. Human greed prevents regulation and regulators from getting the job done. Only Freedom puts truth and changing realities at the fore, instead of static regulation of all too many people who face all too many localized realities(like, MY house). The Pennsylvania energy market however, damn near was made free. Worked great. Freedom does work as I advertise it. The evidence is large. Dan B
