willcousa, Yes, we are strangling in a sea of class actions. In the USA that was stopped because the class of people who had fallen from train windows, plus the class who had put their heads/arms/legs out and been hit by poles, trains, 100MPH June bugs etc and we must not forget that class who were traumatized by seeing the scenery whip by with nothing in between them and disaster and now must pay $1000 a week for therapy. I though they were limiting these CA awards? Bill
