Ah. That seems to answer one of my previous questions, but let me nail it down.

If person A disaccomodates person B, whether it's being late to a meeting, not repaying a loan on time, or whatever, then by the social norms person A owes person B an apology, and if they don't offer one they're a bad person. But they do not owe any explanation, but are free to give one or not as they choose, and if they choose not to they are not a bad person for making that decision.

Can we agree on this?
