Even Ralf Block(on CNBC right now)
Has been calling a market bottom for a couple months now.

Sad, it's sad when objective persons are turning subjective with their"Bottom"cal;ing.

Most if not all are using the mantra "stocks are cheaper now. Therefore we should bounce."

At over P/E of 25. 31 and 35 for the Dow, SnP, and Nasd 100
(nasd as a whole has no earnings) I do not consider that cheap.
In fact, on a P/E basis, stocks are more expensive today than they were in early 2000.
