IC. To this statement..." Death sentence for Jesus play shows Islamic isolation
September 30, 2002
This time, religious conservatives have gone too far: they've issued a death sentence on an award winning gay playwright who wrote disrespectfully about Jesus Christ. "....

Your reply...." To Muslims, Jesus was a prophet of God."....

Sounds like you agree with the death sentence from the muslim morons...Do you?

Dr. Mahathir (Prime Minister of Malaysia) slams US after deputy frisked at airport

KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysia accused the United States of 'anti-Muslim hysteria' on Tuesday after it was revealed that the Deputy Prime Minister had to remove his shoes for a security check on arrival in Los Angeles.

Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, 76, told reporters: 'Of course I'm upset -- I'm not a thief, I'm not a terrorist.

'There is already general anti-Muslim hysteria. Because of the acts of a few people, the whole Muslim world seems to have been labelled as they have to be checked to ensure that they are not terrorists.'

His comments came a day after ruling party lawmaker Zulhasnan Rafique revealed that DPM Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had to remove his shoes and belt during a security check in Los Angeles last month as he headed for New York to address the United Nations general assembly.

Datuk Abdullah, however, downplayed the incident.

'I was going through a metal detector and suddenly the alarm went off and I had to take off my shoes,' he told reporters on Tuesday. 'But in other places there was no noise and I did not have to take off my shoes.'

A spokesman for the US embassy in Kuala Lumpur said the incident was being investigated and a statement would be issued soon.

He said: 'It is not something we were aware of prior to it coming up in question time in Parliament yesterday, so there were no complaints that I am aware of prior to that.'

The DPM revealed after his trip that Washington had placed Malaysia on a list of 15 states considered to be 'terrorist-risk' countries, and that he had raised the issue in talks with Vice-President Dick Cheney.

Datuk Abdullah said: 'I stressed in my meeting with Cheney that we don't like this profiling. We don't like to be branded as a terrorist state or as people with links with terrorists.'

News of the incident shared front-page coverage on Tuesday with an announcement by the US embassy here of tighter requirements for entry to the US which could cause delays for Malaysian citizens. -- AFP
