BLAINE, Wash., Jul 19, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- 144 Reporting Error: GeneMax Corp. ("the Company") (GMXX) announced today that Lexington Merchantile Corp. filed an erroneous Form 144 report on or about July 10, 2002 that falsely indicated that it intended to sell 100,000 restricted common shares in the capital of the Company. The report was erroneous and has not been corrected at the date of this news release. The Company confirms that Lexington Merchantile has never owned more than 2,000 shares of GeneMax Corp., formerly named eduverse.com. The 144 report should have therefore reflect a total of 2,000 restricted common shares.
