Theres a whole lot of stocks that fall into this category of high end products whose sales have been robust thanks to no interest.

Whats really amazing to me is reading the real estate thread here on SI, the agents don't believe the housing mkt is set to fall. There are people in denial that rents are falling in silicon valley, even. Real estate attracts a different kind of investor, since you can't see the day to day value of your investment like stocks... people are really naive. Imo houses in SV will decline 40% from peak when this is done. Problem is its a multi year event.
