Elroy,

I recently researched rents in LA...the new lofts in restored downtown LA buildings are $2000 for 1000 sqft and they were rented as soon as they were available...over 720 units. The same goes for the new Paseo Colorado mixed retail/residential development in Pasadena...$1400 for 850 sqft...$2000+ for 1600 sqft
