That wacked news site...Newsmax quotes him extensively in some book they wrote. Leahy surmises that this was simply a test run to see what our bio defenses and responses could do. By the way, there is also a new Fed law that allows the Fed's to confiscate and burn property of anyone not willing to undergo innoculation in the case of a severe bio-attack/plague type event.
