I recognized the the names of those cheeses, all the good Mold cheeses, and I like those as well as mushrooms. Sometimes they make a delightful combination, fungus meets mold!!!

i seem to recall reading somewhere there was a federal study of the emission of methane gas from cows on the environment.

i believe the only thing that came of it was a golden fleece award.
