Sorry Digr..you were just an instrument of England until 1982 when you finally got control of your constitution.....we fought for ours, and won, two hundred years earlier. Our Bill of Rights and Constitution are something to behold. The Best IMO. Your governmental system is nothing original....same parliamentary system as the motherland who did not really let you loose until 20 years ago.....facts are facts my dear, you are a product of England, with all that goes with it.
