Amazing that revenues have fallen to less than $4 million for the whole quarter. A perfect poster child for the telecom bubble and how a company can be blinded by it's own temporary success. I still can't believe that this company hasn't found someone to partner with. Looks like they are stubborn as a mule, but that's my opinion! There are about 100 or more companies just like TXCC, so they aren't the only "jackasses". So much money poured down the drain by so many companies... What a freakin' waste!

I think the problem may be the inverse. I don't think anyone wants to partner with TXCC or any of the other semis down on their luck. Look at all the semi stocks that were once big players and now are below $5 and in one case, below a buck:

TXCC, VTSS, CNXT, PMCS, AMCC.

Those are some just off the top of my head. I can't believe a more solvent company doesn't pick them up given the price of their stock. And yet it doesn't happen.

I don't know whether its because their prospects are so bad or because the other companies don't see any improvement any time soon and are afraid to squander their capital waiting for the turn.

As for TXCC, I have to believe these are its last days.
