You are so right Jim, he makes me so happy I don't work with someone like him. Everything is relative in life. Speaking of relatives...I wonder what his are like? Take it back!, the thought is too disconcerting. Poor Doug. You must admit though, there were times in the past when he was a lot more objective. Like when he there might be something in it for him. I have been around a while...of course, that could be just another GE Legend. If he worked for living, they way he flings insults, there would have be a rumble where he works straight away! I had a woman working with me who every time I told her something should be corrected or suggested a QA improvement she would say, as if joking; "I can kick your ass". I am management, she is an aid. I laughed it off a few times and then told her in front of witnesses........"Lets's find out!!! Let's rent a ring at the Y and go 5 rounds, I am ready! AND BTW, have another cigarette." Boy did she back down, bullies always do. I was serious about it, I proved it and now she is very nice and respectful ;-) I excused her behavior for lack of social skills, like I do with DIGR most of the time, but man!!! he is tough to take, what a broken record.
