The main point I'm making is that I don't lament ignorance. There is little point in it. I celebrate that which defeats ignorance. Read all the crap posted hear and listen to liberal lefty loons and one knows that ignorance will never be completely defeated. So I spent time on the positive as the ignorance will be with us. I lament when I make a bad choice maybe, but not bad choices or events that I had no control over. And I don't judge others in the past or present where there are so many complex details that I can never really know.

For centuries ignorance guided men and America was the start of the illumination of the dark. America took the idea of love thy neighbor as thy self and codified it into secular law.
Well one can replace love with tolerate or respect. It's taken a long time for the majority to live by what that really means. But if it was not written down it would not have happened. That's not lamentable.
