He is and was a consummate actor with the sincerity of a gnat.

I presume you never saw the video clip of him at Ron Brown's funeral. He was unaware that he was being filmed and was yucking it up with someone, I think Jordan. He put on an obviously long face the second he realized that he was on camera and that his behavior at a funeral was inappropriate.
