The data was for OECD not Asian included. I would have to look that up for all countries combined. I don't think Japan is that high in GDP per capita. China has a higher total GDP than Japan and I think 5 times the GDP of Canada.

Saudi GDP now is perhaps 8340. US is 36,000. At 30.50 dollar oil and 8 million BPD Saudi GDP in oil alone is 4300 dollars.

To put that in perspex ive, Canada's GDP/capita for oil production all petroleum products was 2077 dollars.
