Administration has said we are Regime-Changing Iraq because of their links to AQ and 9/11.

They have said we are Regime-Changing because they have WMD. Rascal. Any "Al Q" tie in is a bonus.

No. They have never said this. They have said that they are regime-changing to prevent Saddam from getting nuclear weapons.
