They have no ownership claims to any place in Israel. Since they wandered into the area from other Arab countries, they should be forced to return to those countries, or suffer the consequences. Islam does have an important claim.A great many Palestinians can trace their family history in the area back for more than 1000 years. Some Jews can trace their history in the area back for as much as 3000 years. It is easy to see why the fighting can be so intense, it is not only a domestic dispute, it is also over history. IC
