If anyone thinks that posting on this board can manipulate public opinion and the price of Intel, they have a highly distorted view of how many people view these boards and what factors influence the pricing of INTC stock.

Fin,

re: Again, it seems to me that far too many of you take this bulletin board far too seriously,

They have lost all the recnt battles, it looks like they might lose the war, what else do they have? They can't influence AMD or Intel, so a few of the AMD fan boys (Intel haters) spend some serious effort getting Intel folks thrown off the thread, and then more time working to justify their actions.

It's a cheap and hollow victory, but it's a victory.

The amazing thing is that Engel hasn't posted in months, yet they are still obsessed. As you said, AMD v. Intel is just a couple of companies, two groups of nice folks trying to figure a way to sell stuff for more than it costs to make it. The AMD fan boys are so caught up in the competition thing, they will invent any fantasy to justify their position. Sick puppies.

Personally, I think Engel was on the grassy knoll with a BB gun.
