TODAYS CRIMM FAIRY TALE: ALLAN WOLFSON AND FAKE DOC PHAN'S HIGHWAYROBBERY

ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A SHELL COMPANY THAT WAS ORGANIZED THROUGH A REVERSE MERGER BY CRIMINAL AND CON MAN REGIS POSSINO AND A FEW OTHER NO-GOODERS. THEY CALLED IT " HARTCOURT PEN" AND THEN THROUGH A NAME CHANGE "THE HARTCOURT COMPANIES" THEY DECIDED THAT SINCE CHINA WAS A PLACE FAR AWAY FROM THE FBI AND SEC THAT THEY WOULD PULL A FAST ONE ON THE PUBLIC BY PUTTING OUT A PRESS RELEASE THAT HARTCOURT WAS BUYING CHINA'S LARGEST ISP INFOHIGHWAY. INFOHIGHWAY SAID THIS WAS JUST NOT TRUE BUT FAKE PHD ALAN PHAN INSISTED THAT HE HAD A BINDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ORIGINAL SIGNER. IF THE PRESS WOULD HAVE CHECKED AT THE TIME THEY WOULD HAD SEEN THAT THE ORIGIONAL SIGNER WAS CYBERAMERICA AND FOR SURE THE CON MAN BEHIND CYBERAMERICA WAS ALLAN WOLFSON. WOLFSON AND CYBERAMERICA NEVER HAD A AGREEMENT WITH INFOHIGHWAY BUT MOST LIKELY HAD A AGREEMENT WITH HIGHWAYROBBERY.

THE END

INFOHIGHWAY OR HIGHWAY ROBBERY? JUST ONE OF PHANS MANY LIES. THE REAL DEAL WAS THAT PHAN DID A MASSIVE FRAUDS WITH RECENTLY INDICTED ALAN WOLFSON OF CYBERAMERICA.

In a May 2nd report in the China Daily's weekly business review section, Infohighway affirmed that it was seeking foreign cash but claimed the March Hartcourt announcement had no basis in fact. "It's groundless and we have never reached such an accord," said Infohighway's GM Yu Gan. In an interview with China Online news editor Doug McGill, Hartcourt's chairman Dr. Alan V. Phan insisted that Hartcourt did sign an agreement with Infohighway but that changes in management at the Chinese ISP soured them on the deal. In the same interview, Phan affirmed that Hartcourt is a shell company whose only assets are 10 million dollars in marketable securities and an investment in a Chinese pen factory. According to Phan the Hartcourt acquisition of Infohighway was intended to provide a short-term windfall to its investors: "We created an internet company to satisfy short-term shareholder demand. Upon completion of such merger, present board members will resign, shareholders will reap a short-term windfall, and the mission is accomplished." For further details on the Hartcourt announcement, see the complete investigative report at ChinaOnline.com.

Mary,

Are you saying you pal around with the Vagos motorcycle gang? I did a quick search on google. I found a bunch of articles similar to or worse than this one.

atf.treas.gov

I do worry about you, Mary.

As for that CEO, giving you the finger at 95 mph for silly message board posting doesn't sound very grown up to me either.

Whatever became of him?
