You will be lucky if LVLT survives long term; but they won't survive.

How can U be so sure?

and fraudulent accounting practices, and fraudulent charges,

I just took notice of LVLT because of Buffet. DO you have any links to that really implicate LVLT in a major way in Fraud? Everyone got caught in the bubble. Smith Barney is in a class action law suit for recommending people buy the stock during the bubble expansion. Big Deal! Name any brokerage firm and they advocated buying something during the bubble that was a stupid Idea for LTBH. I am not talking about that I am talking about something more serious. I just started my research but am currently traveling so don't have much time but so far it seems to me that they are not as guilty as other companies in the sector that have become penny stocks already.

DO you think that not a single company in the sector will survive? If so I disagree. I think some will and those that do will buy out the others at pennies on the dollar and will be in a position to make quite a bit of money when the markets and the economy recovers. It's gonna be a while but eventually it will happen and like the mania on the way up the hysteria on the way down won't notice the turn.

"You will be lucky if LVLT survives long term; but they won't survive. Not with all the bad practices they have.
They have such bad business practices, and so many angry customers, and huge amounts of money that is disputed, and shrinking customer base, and fraudulent accounting practices, and fraudulent charges, and more, and more, and more. The list goes on.
All their Chiefs, directors, and even VPs who own shares should get sued, and they will be eventually.
They are still trying to cover up all their lies and cleanup all false accounting. "

JD-
Wow! Those are some pretty hairy accusations.
One of the reasons I bought this thing is because I
KNOW Buffett does his DD and feel comfortable owning a name he is involved with.
Do you have any sources or justification for your severe
attitude?
