That's a VERY serious insult. That's a fighting word.

I look at it this way. When someone just makes up an insult or slander purely to make it as bad as possible. And it has absolutely nothing to do with what you've said, this is not an insult to be concerned about. It's a radical version of the "your mother wears army boots"
