Actually it is a nice violation of July 24'th low, but yet didn't go below 5% of a violation 1192 x's .95 = 1132.

Then it had a nice double test right at the violation low and then filled the gap.

I'm thinking we drift down but not get near the double low test and then weakly rally till Q4.

Then we'll look like we're retesting - not get that low and then go baby go.

Last week IBD had a chart of the 1990 bottom and it could well be a replay.

Just guessing.
