Alan Greenspan, financial scourge and Scrouge, is very much to blame IMO. I suspect a survey would show zero faith in the stock market and zero belief the market will rebound within the next two years even. I read today that analysts have thrown in the towel saying that today's spike is meaningless. I guess President Bush didn't talk today, though.
