That's because the Palestinians haven't yet got cdma2000 in their areas. Argentina's economy is problematic too [to say the least] despite them having CDMA up and running, but notice how they haven't deteriorated to the usual riotous mayhem when economies collapse. Pol Pot, Hitler, Stalin and Mao wouldn't have had a chance with cdma2000 humming away. Even the USA civil war would have been happily sorted out beforehand.
