just like power to our homes, and phones, the same sort of push is needed,,, like the highways let the market decide ends up with a tower of Babel at times, such as our cell industry, incentives, clearer FCC decisions, better regulation, and over course the government from the fed down to local level would lead the push,,, something, anything, letting the market decide will not make it happen,,, Of course, sadly we rather just sit in front of the boob tube and veg... :( b
