I couldn't agree with you more. I would also like to add INTC to your top tier "used to be growth, but now only a value stock still with a growth PE" group. Intel will never again have growth as they did at their previous heyday period. They are simply the leader in a very very mature tech industry. They'll be overpriced staying above $10 once we get there.

on Cisco and China....u made an excellent point....Rich Russell also says that US firms never thought about the impact of OVERPRODUCTION on pricing models. China can make the same Cisco router for 1/10th the cost. Unfortunately, nobody thought about this prospect.
