"the silly little half ass war in Vietnam" was a very big deal for most in this country. To reduce it to virtually nothing is a slap in the face to all the veterans in this country who gave so much for so little and even for people who disparage them. I'm aghast. Especially when 50,000 young men gave their lives, it's not a half ass war. To quote my beau, whoever said that "is a half ass silly piece of nothing" And he can say that because he was there 71 72 and 73.
