After the war we are likely to rebuild iraq with no financial obligation what-so-ever. What we are after is the regime that breeds terrorism, and such a regime is a threat with a home-made nail bomb let alone wmd. And if you are wondering about cyria, saudis, egypt, jordan, iran, libia, lebanon then yes, it should be a warning to them. We are not going to tolerate any support of terrorism.
