It all depends on what the Rams record is by then. If in contention, and Warner is healthy.....tough call. However if they get back into the thick of things the one thing that is true is that they would be in the mix as a result of good play from Martin. If thats the case I doubt they will be rushing Warner back. Martz has been praised to highly for the Rams success and as a result he has made some aggressive/arrogant decisions with regard to scoring. The team also treats time outs like they have no value. We spotted that last year as well so somebody down there is going to have to become more disciplined. Clearly the Eagles are the front runner in the NFC. They are playing well on both sides of the ball but its early and we're no more than 3 weeks away from the injury bug that strikes every year. As I see it The Eagles, Bucs and Saints are playing well enough on both sides of the ball to potentially go all the way. In the AFC you have the Pats, Phins and Raiders that also seem to be playing complete ball. If the season ended today my guess would be a rematch of the Eagles and Raiders from 1980-81. That said we both know that the time to be playing your best ball is in December so its WAY too early to call. If McNabb goes down the Eagles are toast in the same way the Pack would be without Favre. Without Favre the Packers are a 5-11 team.
