I'm pretty sure the ZIF chips don't care what your RF frequency is. I am pretty sure these chips use an external oscillator to generate the LO, and that the same ZIF chip will work with RF = 800 and RF = 1900 MHz. I am pretty sure of this because the ZIF chips should work in multi-band phones, you should not need a separate chip for each frequency.
