The art market
art market is no where near a bubble. Since I am an art dealer the market now is nowhere like the late 80's

Oh is that right? My apologies then.

I saw recently picasso's going for 50mm, about the peak for Picasso's in 89 I believe. This in itself was pretty tremendous because it was all Japanese clown bucks, then. Now it is closer to real money being USD I would presume.

Anyway some high flying works like Lichtenstein are higher than they were then, I know. But maybe its like real estate, a bifurcated mkt.

California real estate is higher than 89 and that was quite frothy, went right along with the art market. Then a crash, and subsequent recovery.
