you are correct sir to leave it to the hurricane party-ers. 20 inches of rainfall plus storm surge at high tide makes for a soggy Houston...for days. Houston might get lucky...the trough over central US could pull LiLi north and therefore make landfall more eastward...look out Cameron, LA (a la hurricane Carla...but not Hurricane Carter)...
