There seem to be a lot of losses at the top of the list and a lot of wins at the bottom. It's not how much you spend, but how you spend it.

Don't know all the ramifications of the cap rules.

Ummm.....those figures include signing bonuses. SO while the Packers look cheap this year they may have coughed out dough last year.....and so on. Point being those numbers at the top include signing bonuses this year
