The biggest grievance I've heard out here is the computerization issues. The freight companies want it to streamline the loading and unloading, the union screams that jobs will be lost.

Incredible, too bad nobody has the cojones to break these unions anymore like that air traffic controller union was broken in the early 80s.

Politically incorrect, I know, but there is a whole history now of where this kind of inefficiency and kowtowing to unions gets you.
