I guess you wouldn't get a bullish scenario unless 8217-8247 were taken out?

Just got an email from my futures arbitrage buddy that said: "The futures have been constantly above fair value yet the arbitrage trades are not holding."

I've asked him for more info, but my interpretation is this: either we get a good rally today, or we get a big sell-off, because the smart money is watching this game and will sell if it fails. JMHO, and will post more if I hear more.
