Yes, Clinton does back President Bush and PM Blair on Iraq. In fact, if anyone looked at those 1993 links I found, they would see that he did then too. Problem is in the last 10 years, Saddam and his operatives have gotten stronger, and more and more aggressive.

I for one, don't want to see any bio, chemical WMD or suitcase nukes used here in the US, or anyplace in the rest of the world for that matter.
