Al Gore, who beat Bush by 50,000 votes in the popular vote for President.

Another Soreloser whining pinhead post.

PS: had it not been for the cigarette vote, and the news media calling Florida early, the popular vote would have been different. PLUS the fact that there was no telling HOW many voters did not bother to vote in states like Texas, because the President was a state lock there.

BUT BY ALL MEANS RUN GORE AGAIN..PLEASE

The problem with that statement of Gore's is twofold.

A) Terrorism shouldn't wait for an election under any circumstances, and

B) we HAVE taken action to deal with the economy- it was called tax cuts- and many many Americans think they'll help greatly, me included.
