No, might point was that this is entirely perceptual and there is no absolute good or bad when it comes to WMDs. I don't think we have a MORAL right to have them. This is the difference between de jure and de facto ownership of these weapons. The fact that we have them is unarguable. The belief that we have a RIGHT to have them is really not very supportable.

Don't get me wrong: I'm not in favor of unilaterally disarming. We should probably add Russia, France, England, and Israel to our list of Rogue Nations who possess WMD if we are to be honest and use consistent language. We don't have the ability to stop anyone from using nukes who has them, so in theory they are also a threat to the U.S., albeit lesser ones than one who are overtly hostile to us.
