Bernard, SSFT is very interesting.

Their product offerings include a lot more than speech recognition software. Earnings have been ramping up on new product introduction earlier this year and look great going into the next few years.

I haven't been able to figure the whole picture out yet. There's a cloud in the bright earnings forecast with the overhang shares from the L & H buyout. The L & H creditors got a nice premium to the market on one million shares last month but there's still another six million shares that are looking for a home in a planned placement for Feb. next year.

There's also a healthy short position. Are the shorts the
L & H creditors or is the position related to the Xerox warrants, or is it a combination of both?

Sergio

PS. Perhaps noteworthy is Uttenberg's prediction that an OEM deal with IBM is imminent.

Bernard, SSFT is off to the races. Looks like a possibility of cup with no handle formation, which is a strong breakout or perhaps a cup and handle if the gap is filled.
Nice find.
