Dear Kenneth: Actually the teeth of the tax cuts have not yet begun to be implemented. That is the fear: On the one side it will create larger deficits, on the other side that they will be cancelled and thus not effective for our economic recovery. jdn

Mr. Moron: The "tax cuts" you are referring to become effective 1-1-05, and are scheduled to be stolen back a few years later. The Republican Congress in 2003 will fix that Democrat-supported fraud, then you can continue to make foolish comments...

Actually, when these tax cuts were implemented in January, even small paychecks of every worker in every little town across the country suddenly had small raises in them. You name the statistics that these cuts should effect, and I'll show you statistics that would be worse without them.
