Jerry does not think Sept 27(30) is the low because of the historical data he has. It is just a turn date for a bounce. About 2 week ago he was calling the given date a probable short term low, and a possible bounce until end of the month. It is because of Bradley cycle. But he changed his mind few days ago because of other studies he has and confirm it last night. And I think he is correct on his call and we have not seen the low yet for this year. Basically his call is pretty good, especially on the turn date.
