An Elliottician has the advantage of having a very imperfect road map, with objects on it being in constant transition, but it is still better than having no map at all.

An Elliottician attempts to read the intents of the Collective Unconscious and he tries to understand the public mood, and what he does is to a large extent an Art form. Using a lot of ‘fuzzy logic’ is a must… an absolute necessity. At times, the fuzziness gives way to crisp, high probability junctures.
