Bob, I am confident energy investors would take a contract out on CA-ISO if they had anyone else to blame but themselves.

You claim there will be shortages. Why? All I see is billions of dollars in debt from vegas-style losses in energy trading.

Do you really think FERC will be able to stampede deregulation nationwide?

Explain to us what will cause this besides fraud? There are no shortages. Never were.

Ultimately, that you are compelled to spend time defending your point of view means you lost more than you will ever admit to and it really hurts.
