Election law is the province of the legislative branch. The law stated there was a 51 day limit I believe. The legislative branch had a reason for the 51 day limit. The court just made new law by disregarding the 51 day limit. After the election the 51 day limit could be changed for all the reasons of fair play etc. But creating new law now just before an election is questionable and my violate Federal law. It may be illegal judicial over-riding of the intent of the legislative branch. OR
