Morgan's article fails to deal with the Tutor-Johnson effect so often discussed here at Si on Si.

He does, however, bring up the arguments of Ted Butler again. Butler's problem is that he's spent over 10 years focusing on silver, traveling the world investigating silver inventories, reading years of charts, investigating exchange practices, delving into govt. supplies. His obsession has failed to move silver at all. Butler needs to spend less time investigating and more time reading the internet.
