:07AM Synopsys reaffirms guidance, sees 10-20% semi growth in 2003 (SNPS) 34.60: We are hearing from a source at SNPS's analyst meeting that the co reaffirmed guidance and expects semi growth in 2003 will be 10-20%; SNPS says its forecasts are predicated on R&D spending, which is not going down even in the current semi environment, and maintains that the growing complexity of chip design is a big positive for the co.
